Ok, I'll go against the grain here. I've had bad luck with boiling. Bags break, etc, and waterlogged meat is not on my menu. I find that if I put the frozen bag in the microwave on 50% power I can heat it to serving temp and it's just as moist and tender as when I put it in. Usually I put the sealed bag in a bowl so that if it breaks (it will fill up like a balloon in the microwave) I still have all the juice.
 
Over-sized pot (lotsa water), don't boil (SIMMER), give it plenty of time to get hot without comming to a boil (start it early). No Problemo!
