I spent 20 minutes looking for a picture of that pose, and finally gave up. Glad you posted one!

Chicken was cooked on the pellet grill seasoned with Kosmos Texas beef and Meat Church Holley Voodoo.
Once done I rough chopped the chicken then into a cast iron skillet, reseasoned the meat, poured a beer in the skillet then back on the pellet grill.
Once the beer was evaporated I added the buffalo sauce and then onto the bun.
