I grilled two half pork tenderloin for 24 hours after I vacuumed sealed: One had soy sauce and cracked pepper.(I should have added brown sugar) and the other was EVOO and garlic and herb spice.

I made some homemade bread and added green onions and fresh basil and topped one with olive oil and the other with seasoned cream cheese. Both were excellent. I served it with white beans and rice and roasted cauliflower, but I forgot to take the final pic.

Don't get me wrong, that pork loin looks great, but the "flat break" and such just takes the cake.

Keep the good ideas rolling, brother. Crushing it.
