Folks should take note. It also didnt take Tim an hour to trim. Folks that say it takes way too long arent doing it right. Brad, can you guys do more? Like seasoning and what magic picie dust you guus do to your rubs and sauces? Great video

I have the same smokers.. do you use all in comp ? and if so which meats and temp on each.. I am going to fool with a drum .
Love the Yoder but moving is a bit of a pain to move

Yes. We use Gateway Drum Smokers for competition. 1 for each meat.
