Decided to give the PR36 some run, have not used it much since I got it on CL and cleaned it up :icon_blush:

Decided to go with a wood fire and reverse sear

Did not get plated pics. It’s basically a pork chop :shocked:

Turned out pretty good, the flavor was great and was fun to grill over a wood fire :clap2:
