Like just vac sealed is fine it will hold in a deep freezer or regular one for awhile a year or maybe longer, without any tears of course. Then again if it was previously frozen then thawed I'm not in, I will only freeze un frozen meat along with probably most folks here, you'll start seeing green chit grow on it if you keep thawing and freezing meat. Vac sealers are a great thing, get to know your butcher
