Just “baked” a pepperoni pizza in my barrel cooker. Didn’t know what to expect but I am very pleased with the results! Started with Naan bread, added Newman’s Sockarooni sauce, sliced pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
280 deg F for about 30 min... cheese was bubbling and the crust was crunchy.
