Skinless sausage cut into 3/4" pcs ,wrapped in half pc bacon so that there is a pocket on top to stuff with cream cheese them sprinkle with brown sugar and your favorite dry rub.
Smoke at 250 until bacon is done.
Everyone please share your own versions of this tasty treat.
