Well it's about time! I think it was the Burger Throwdown that got me going today.
I used one package of Bacon, one cup of Brown Sugar, one Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper.
I used a disposable foil tray, one sheet of disposable grilling sheets cut in half. Then folded the ends so one would sit over the other.
A full chimney of Kingsford and a few Maple Chunks in my ALMOST BRAND NEW (DZ date code!) Weber OTG that I got off of CL.
And, well, I don't know how long or hot she got but after my dinner of homemade lasagna I went out side and brought them in. I let them cool down and damn, I should have not waited so long to make these. These things are delicious!
24° in Flushing but worth it!
I know I farked up by getting the regular sliced bacon, next time the thick sliced will do.
