Porkbelly chops were coated with olive oil an Phoil Hat rub.
Pork chops were coated in olive oil and Dizzy Pig's Raising the Steaks.
Taters were coated with olive oil,seasalt and rozemary.
The aluminium container is Philled with tomato,red paprika,red onion,zucchini,garlic,olive oil,Phoil Hat rub,salt,pepper.
There's some Cholula hot sauce on the pork chops (Thanks RedHeart!:cool:)

Everything looks excellent as usual.
You always make the best side dishes. Lots of people forget how important a good veggie or side dish is to a meal.
 
Man PHU! There you go again! Nice job! I think you need to write a "Veggie" cookbook for low and slow!:p I actually would eat those!
