Yesterday was my Phriends birthday,she decided to practice for her cookout on saturday.
She cooked for her Brother and Stepsister I think.
Since she wants to make a tater dish with uncooked tater slices as well on saturday she practiced with that yesterday...also with some roulades.
She seared them nicely and brought them to 127 internal temp.
Unfortunatly they didn't taste the same as mine she said...I told her it's probably a different cut or from less quality.
She is becoming her own worst critic very Phast!
I must say I'm very proud of her,she done real good!
Yesterday when I wanted to slice my ham and have dinner she called me very happy (and tipsy) how it all worked out.
It took me about 20 minutes to get her off the Phone.:becky:
OPhcourse I couldn't hang up on her,I had to hear if my Padawan did good.
