Filet mignon is part of the tenderloin?
The 'joden-haas' is a cut of meat between the two shoulder blades.
It is very similiar to tenderloin I think.
The great advantage is the price! Its 25% of the price of good tenderloin.
And I'm probably gonna get me some more tomorrow!
