This little guy caught my eye at HEB when picking up Prime Sirloins that were on sale for $4.99 a lb.
Decided he would be good for Sunday dinner. A healthy dose of Carne Crosta.
Then seared for 4 minutes a side on the gasser.
Then onto the egg clone at 250 until 135 IT and then off to rest.
Time to slice. Fed four adults and two grandkids.
