Alrighty guys, Got a question! I know the answer to it probably but I just wanted to make sure before I did it tomorrow. I totally forgot I had the pastrami in the fridge! Its wrapped up in foil, is it still good? I'm sure it is, but you guys know me I'm paranoid about that stuff! It was made on the 30th. its only been 4 days

If I wake up in the morning I'll have a pastrami sandwich with some pulled beef on the side! haha

Just 4 days in the fridge with all the sodium that is in that pastrami. I would eat it with no reservations whatsoever.
