We're still keeping it Cajun since a week ago.
-starter Snowcrab Cakes with smoked sausages,RoquePhort/creme Phraiche sauce and cherry tomatoes
-main course Gritz 'n Grillards with Spinache Madeline
-dessert Cheesecake and JosePh Guy coPhee
Padawan made the starter,Phu did the main course and Dennessey made the dessert.
Padawan's SIL loved the spinach Madeline the last/Phirst time so we cooked up an extra batch.
This time I didn't use tasso but smoke pork sausage.
For the Grillards I used "Holy Trinity" and made some roux.
