Just got an Outdoor Gourmet B9711 pellet grill from Academy Sports. It was their floor model with some damage. Paid $186.00 for it. Great deal! Bad news is - it doesn't work. Anyone have one? Anyone have an owers manual for one? Anyone have a phone number or e-mail address for them? They'll take it back, but I'd rather have it working.

Like most Academy store brand items you will likely have a hard time finding any support or parts for it. Outdoor Gourmet is their brand that is a Chinese import. Good luck with it. Sounds like you got a great deal.
