....but probably should be. Beef Cheek-Andouille and Boudin Ball Stew with lots of onion, garlic and red bell pepper. Going to put a scoop of yesterday’s mashed potatoes right in the center of bowl and surround with stew. Drag tip of spoon through potato and spoon stew. I prepped and Bride handling the rest.

Maybe not cajun certified, but I bet its Kevin certified... and we all know what a high standard that is. :-D
