ShadowDriver
somebody shut me the fark up.
With the glut of peaches, I figured it's time to make some chutney for enjoyment throughout the winter months.
This recipe from Bon Appetit isn't a bad place to start.
That said, this recipe from a guy up in the PNW has been my go-to as a basis for several batches through the years.
It's not Aspall's Suffolk Cyder or Monk & Disorderly Cider from Spinney Abbey, but the folks down in Austin do make a nice libation that's right at home in the process.
Just added the sugar, turned down the heat, and added a couple of diced scotch bonnets, so I'm pretty well handcuffed to the stove until this batch is complete.
Hope you folks are having a great Saturday!
