i just soak em in dales seasoning and toss em on the smoker then eat them like that.

Hot and fast flame kissed with garlic butter!

Turned out good. Perogies came out nice. Steak was crispier than I wanted (we'll call it blackened). it looks more med in the pic than it was but it also looks less burnt than it was. I was surprised it didn't have a nasty char taste.
