Man that looks good. Did you cook the veggies on the grill too?

Ya. I put the perogies and veggies on the perforated tray, with some oil. Cooked on cool side for a bit then seared them off. I pulled them al dente and finished off in the oven while the steak cooked.

Fajitas are made with skirt steak.

I've made killer fajitas out of flank steak.
