Hello all! Love to BBQ & smoke. I do most of it when I have the time while camping along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Always looking for tips, tricks and anything else to eat well, have a beer and a laugh. Toying with the idea of building a UDS. That's what brought me here from smoking meat.com.
