I ended up having 25 at the Q friday night. The Butts were mighty tasty and a huge hit! Thanks so much to Ron_L for sharing with me the Chris Liily recipe. I even threw a bunch of chicken thighs on and they were well received too. Apologies for no pics...I totally forgot.

Tomorrow I will be doing a brisket hot and fast at the request of my oldest son...wish me continued success. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Also thanks again for everyone's input.

Doing the Brisket now...and look what the kiddies got me for FD

Check out the cool accessory.... I'm in the middle of High Heat brisket cook. My kids chipped in and surprised their Dad. It's great when their older with jobs!
