Hey brothers and sisters,

Happy New Year!!!

It's fast coming to be a tradition that I end up doing a whole pig for New Year's Eve. This year I did it in my Lone Star Vertical offset and took it to my bro's house for a NYE party. You'd think the pig was a celebrity with all the pics people took and I heard chants like "Facebook, Instagram" and of course I thought BBQBrethren. It came out outstanding and without further ado here is the pron.

Freshly slaughtered 38lb-er

Thanks Ray and Happy New Year to you and yours as well.

So you cooked that to pulling texture.
Do you eat the skin?
I need to try doing this

Great job! That's awesome you did that on a vertical. I have a LSG 24x60 trailer with vertical. May have to try that sometime.
