As the thread title states, I am almost finished with a new vending trailer. Prior to this, I had been operating with a vending trailer and a smoker trailer. It will be nice to have the two units consolidated.

Better safe than dead


















Cooked for a wedding reception to break things in




THe smoker turned out much heavier than i had originally assumed when ordering the trailer. I had to add a 3rd axle to get some support under the cooker. If no, I am sure that the tail end of the trailer would not have lasted long.





 
EvieMea, coming from someone who has built a few of those smokers I gotta say you did a heck of a good job on that one. I love the door alterations you made to square it up vs just cutting the door out. Great Job!
