The MMS-48 is a great unit. The water pan keeps the cook chamber nice and humid. Cleanup after a cook is easy. I’ve done brisket, ribs, and pork shoulder so far and everything has turned out spectacular. I’d highly recommend the Myron Mixon H20 cookers. They are extremely well built and those guys are easy to work with. When I called during ordering with questions, Myron’s son David is the one running the operation and answering questions over the phone. He’s extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely a family business.
