I have a sudden need to cook a single pork butt for Christmas, but the only ones I have are twin packed in the cryo.

Anybody had any luck doing this??? Was thinking about a long brand new sawzall blade.

Maybe something like this?!?!

Use A Band Saw ... Or Another Type Of Good saw That you can thru the Thickness of the 2.....
Personally I would Just thaw the whole thing and smoke both pieces .Cuz you know its not going to go to waste !!1
Also youll have twice the cooking them and 3rd the overall cost is low enough ... Cookum Both !!!! :heh:

Put a clean towel on the edge of a concrete step and slam those suckers on the corner of the step a couple of times, been there done that.

Thanks guys, I actually found a plan B. Plan A was to cook a brisket and a butt. Plan B will be to cook a brisket and a couple of bone in chucks that I found on sale last minute.

But next time I will try all of the above.
