Need BBQ recommendation for Kansas City

In Kansas City on business (overland park actually) and need some recommendations for BBQ. I have heard Jackstack, Gates and Arthur Bryant's. If I can only convince our team to do BBQ one night, which would you recommend?

Oklahoma Joes BBQ in Olathe. But if you had to stay in O.P. go to JackStack.

If you can make it to LC's BBQ on the missouri side, I am given to understand it is awesome!
If you're stuck in O.P., then go to Oklahoma Joes.
I have been to Jack Stack's and they have good food, but I prefer the mom and pop type of joints.
