Mystery Meat

Foiled at 170. Coolered at 195.

Tasted a piece from the fridge today. Has a real beefy flavor. Injected with a mixture of Au Jus Mix, Apple juice and worchestershire sauce.
 
I cooked some rounds for a wedding once. I liked them for the most part. Nice change of pace. Qued up great. Did them just like brisket.
