So I decided to dive right into this and see what kind of turnout I got. It was a beautiful Saturday for such activities as well! I picked up a 10LB Pork Butt, smeared it with some yellow mustard and then covered it with a rub I made up of Garlic, brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. It smoked and sizzled on the grill for almost 8 hours and turned out absolutely wonderful!

I made some onions and mushrooms as a side or a topping to the sandwiches, whichever anyone preferred, also made a KILLER mustard bbq sauce!

Enjoy!

Looks good to me! I'd like to hear more about the sauce.

Looks good to me! I'd like to hear more about the sauce.

The sauce is made up of:

1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup Inglehoffer spicy brown mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp ground pepper
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tsp molasses
2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Simmer until it looks like a nice sauce, usually takes about a half hour.

It has an amazing flavor!

Nice work, and the sauce, :thumb: made some myself last few days,

There ya go man!

I think I already know the answer, but i'll ask anyway - will you be doing this again? :hungry:
