You guys with inclosed areas for smokers, do you put the fire box end towards an opening in the structure so wind get to the fire box or does it not matter?

I've only done 1 cook on mine so I'm hardly an expert but I'm guessing the naturally draft of the smoker should be sufficient. I think the wind not hitting the fire box will help in having a more stable temp, or less fluctuation if you will. If the offset is out of the elements (wind, rain), they can't influence your cooker.
