We're 'propaners' still at this point (firebox under construction), but luckily we found a contest that judged us on our food and not on our heat source....

We (the burns street bistro) are very proud of ourselves on our first outing and are extremely excited for our next chance to compete. I would also like to seek out some advice from ya'll on what we may of done right, and what would be viewed as a huge mess up in a non 'competitors series' event.
