Had to get in on the Bacon Makin around here! Been a while since I made a batch so picked up a belly from Costco. Did a cure of pink salt, maple syrup, brown sugar and kosher salt. Threw some pepper on one before hanging them both in the Shirley Warmer. Also got to use my new slicer I scored from Craigslist. Turned out great, best bacon I've made to date.
