I’ve kinda fallen in love with chicken all over again lately. When executed well, it’s hard to top IMO. I particularly enjoy it when people who normally under or overcook it, or don’t properly season, get to taste it and are wowed over my $10 meal :becky:
Easy to wow with some high end beef or something...to slide a plate of $.99/lb chicken in front of them and have them enjoy the meal as though it were a fancier dish is a fun challenge.
