Madison Magazine BBQ Festival, Sauk City, WI - May 16 & 17, 2015

First year KCBS sanctioned competition. Competitor Application is on the web site (hit Ctrl-P and print and mail in with your check) with Judges application to come soon.

This is now a State Championship with automatic entry into the American Royal to the GC and entry into the draw for the Jack.

Only 24 spots so get your application in quick!

If you need a bigger spot just let them know how big on your application and if accepted they will let you know the extra cost (it will be reasonable)

Looks like a lot going on at that contest. Sounds like they are planning samples of all four meats from the cooks. Probably should provide those details on the application form
