I would consider that an honor. We ended up with a gallon left for the freezer. This soup is great on a cold winters day.
 
Looks great, did you cover it at one point or was it left open the whole time and what temp did you stay at

Stayed covered for the last half of the cooking. Temp. stayed just below boiling point (212*) pretty much the entire time.
