Actually thanks for that salisbury steak video, reminds me I like the stuff and need to make it homemade some time.

But it has nothing to do with weeping ribs! :focus:

Wrong/ salisbury steak is exactly like ribs... just because its not pork, is from a different part of the anatomy, is chopped up, mixed with bread crumbs, egg, fried onions and golden mushroom soup mix and then baked in the oven, slathered in onions, baked again with gravy, then topped with fried onion sthat were soaked in worchestershire and baked again.... does not mean we are off topic. heat is used
