is Blowin Smoke!
Cooked a London Broil on the Daniel Boone last night. It was raining so I put my canopy up. Marinated and rubbed, set the DB at 220, cooked it until it reached 115, then seared on the gasser. Here are some pics.
London Broil Marinated.
Rubbed.
On the DB. The thermometer reads low because it took me a while to get the probe inserted right. It was pitch dark except for my headlamp.
Resting. I seared it on my gasser.
I think it came out pretty good.
My Plate.
Very tasty, and my wife really liked it. I would consider this another successful cook on the DB. First time I reversed seared a London Broil.
