Picked this up yesterday and thought I'd give something new a try. I got some very useful info from the Brethren and started dinner.
4# London Broil
Seasoned with Sea Salt, garlic pepper, and cracked black pepper
Fired up the kettle and set it up for indirect cooking.
Seared each side at very high heat. (temp unknown because I broke BOTH temp gauges right before cooking :mad2
Then let it go indirect until internal temp reached 140.
Let it rest for 10 mins and then sliced! WOW! It's looked amazing!
Two thumbs up for the toughest critic!!! :thumb: :thumb:
This thing tasted so so so good! Everyone loved it and it is now one of favorites!! BTW had mashed tators and spinach with our meal! Thanks for checking out our Sunday dinner!
