Gonna need more details about that garlic cheese squash including specifics. I'm notoriously awful with squash.
 
29 hours later and still here. Salad tasted good, specially with Dion’s Green Chile Ranch Dressing. The butternut squash was seasoned and toasted in the oven with bacon drippings. Then mashed with roasted garlic and butter and topped with melted Gouda (boars head). Porterhouse was cooked over coals inside the Primo. I placed the three point elevated grate over the coals. Gave me right at 5” above the coals. Light coating of evoo and seasoned with SPOGOS And Carne Crosta.
Colorful and good

And I chewed the Tbone like a Big Dog
