Wife wanted stew. Yesterday’s Leftover steak and ground chuck. I wanted chili.
Compromise.
Chili with veggies
Onion,Garlic,Celery,Red Bell Pepper
No bean-yet. I may be compromising that too. She likes beans in her chili.
Chili flavored stew. As I type she’s opening a can of Goya Black Beans.
First tomato in a while for me. She appears happy.
