Last minute smash burgers

The kids said they wanted hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner, but I didn’t have either thawed out. One last minute run to the grocery store later, and I had some 80/20 beef and Ballpark all beef hotdogs. I got a particularly good sear on the burgers this time, they were quite tasty. I like mine with just cheese, mustard, and pickle.

I’m glad to have the griddle back in service :thumb:

Danggit, Suds! The Missus asked me 1/2 hour ago if I was OK with catfish and tater tots for dinner. I may just have to veto that decision...wish me luck.

Yep, mustard and pickle on my burgers, although I’ve recently started using Dukes mayo.
They look great.
