The "Comfort Food Throwdown" ends Monday so I made smash burgers. Here's the Throwdown thread ( https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=296098 )
I took some ground beef, sprinkled in a generous amount of Carne Crosta and made some 1/3 lb balls that I rolled in chopped onions.
I broke out the Blackstone and fried em up.
I believe that a proper burger must have cheese on it, so I melted some sharp cheddar on top.
