Thank you Bill! I was hoping to keep both the lamb and venison on the pink side. Just guessed on time based on past cooks. I was ok with the outcome. :-D

Off the hook Neighbor! :clap2: Lamb shoulder has been my favorite ever since I discovered it last year.
 
I gotta try and get a leg of Roo to you.:thumb:
Information only, we often grill a shoulder leg of lamb then wrap and bury in the coals.
Come back after fishing and bam, good for a 6 hour cook easy, still pink.
Now you got me wanting to cook lamb
