NEVER want a cold Jimmy...lol seriously though on Thanks Giving my Jimmy smoker was cruising along in 5-10* windchill @ 350-360 and could have done 450-500 i bet no problem. The UDS was doing 350-375 with the turkey and could have done well over 400
 
That bubble insulation works great. I lined my camaro with it on the inside and made a huge difference. Silver reflects the heat and blocks all the air. Was pretty cheap to last I bought it
