Jerk Chicken....Caribbean spread....

Had an awesome meal last night. Started the night off with some Jamaican beef patties. Dinner was jerk chicken, homemade rice and peas with chicken broth and coconut cream, plantains and grilled pineapple.

Not much to tell, picked them up in the frozen section! That said in that jar is an awesome homemade scotch bonnet sauce/relish that I made and kick myself I didn’t write down the recipe, it turned out awesome. My wife’s coworker is Jamaican and have us a bunch of scotch bonnets from her garden. They are so good!

Food looks great! I enjoy getting GoldenKrust brand patties in the frozen section. I have found beef, curry chicken, jerk chicken, and curry vegetable.
