Would be nice if someone attending the draw would text the drawn teams to someone who would post them... anywhere.

What time is the draw? I'm gonna be at a comp about an hour north of Lynchburg on Friday. Might be worth a roadtrip after meat inspection....

It is scheduled to begin at 1:00pm CDT on Friday, September 3rd in the Lynchburg Room located at the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center. According to the letter teams received with their draw entry form, "If you plan to attend the draw, please meet at the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center at 12:30pm."

Getting to Lynchburg by 12:30 will eat into my prep schedule, so I'm not sure. I could do it earlier or later. I'll do what I can, but don't count on any updates from me. How long does it take?

I don't know if they have 7 yet or not, but I gotta think that Chatham Artillery from GA is going.

I also have to expect Bub-B-Q and JOS will be there.

I am not 100% sure nor the official word, but I don't believe any of those have 7. I think Bubba is at 5, maybe 6. Chatham may be less.

Nope. Just a straight draw between any teams that won a NY State Championship. Some teams will be pulled from the NY state draw because they had an automatic elsewhere. After the state draws, if there are no teams in with a home address of NY then OUT OF THE ASHES would have a shot to get in that way.

Just curious. In what order do they go through the state draws? Random? Alphabetical?

Podge has a bung in for IN & OH I believe. If Podge gets drawn for IN then his bung is removed from the OH draw correct (assuming IN goes first)? So if Smoke 'n Ice gets the OH draw then would Tim T also go as the only OH based GC winner? Makes for interesting scenarios!
