Alright, keeping everyone up to date.........
Beer Count-1 (2 cases of Sam Adams Boston Lager)
Start Time-1:30 PM
Temp-240
Biskets- 15lb and 9lb
Rub- Old Brisket #2 (Texas BBQ Brand)

Just before placing smaller Bisket in.....

Due to Kenbo shooting me for not going local..............I'm mixing in some St Arnolds DR12...
Update
Beer count 5 (4BL and 1 DR)
Smaller brisket is at 146
Going feel with the big brisket......gonna get funky with it......my guess 138

Not preping for comp........daughter's bday party (4).......total 35 people......
Gonna have brisket, chicken, sausage, rice, and both charro/ranch style beans...

Drinking....for party will be rum/diff juices for chicks.......Boston/st Arnolds Lawnmower/budlight beers for guys...........and Java/Rocky Patels Cigars

Moonwalk/horseshoes/darts/video games for kids.....
 
Beer Count at 6.....and on hold.....wife decided to break the hot water valve in tub.....so gonna fix it before getting more (appearantly people take hot showers.....)

to be resumed in 1 to 2 hours....

Small brisket is at 160.......big brisket guess........149
 
Good luck with the cook, the party and the faucet fix....you'll really need a beer after all that! Now back to my Shiner....:clap2:
