Yesterday I bought a pound of jumbo lump crabmeat and I only made two crabcakes out of it. A small handful of panko, a half a cup of mayo, a good squeeze of Dijon mustard, a well beaten egg, salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. I felt this was worthy to sit on the two buttered and toasted brioche buns. Some fresh hydroponic lettuce, sliced tomatoes and Russian dressing along with a briney melon gose and dinner was served.
