I love potato salad well mixed with mayo. Not drowning but definitely creamy.

My potato salad, just like my cole slaw, has zero mayo. Oil and vinegar, baby! Oil and vinegar.
And bacon, and black olives, and onions, and celery, and dill , and...oh well, you get the picture.
