Full Fledged Farker
I took the back woods smoker out the shed and threw a rack of ribs on with just salt and pepper. With the first cold front heading our way we went and set up our Casita camper(go Texas) at the camp ground to enjoy this beautiful weather this week. Four hours later, I came home to grab the ribs. Usually everything goes on the weber, with just the girlfriend and I at the house with kids grown. Before I wrapped them in some foil to bring them back to the camp ground, I brushed some sweet Tia chilly sauce on half the rack.
